ROLE:  PRIVATE CLIENT MANAGER

COMPANY DESCRIPTION

Client is a by-invitation APP founded in 2019 with headquarters in Geneva [Switzerland]. Our platform addresses the needs of fine wine connoisseurs, enthusiasts & collectors around the globe. We aim at offering our selected members a personalized service to access rare and fine wines with ability to either store them at our secured cellars in France or get them directly delivered to their place. Although Client is based on a digital format [APP], our team of certified sommeliers serves every client bringing its expertise to start and expand fine wine collections backed by valuable cellar management tools.


JOB DESCRIPTION

Client App is looking for PRIVATE CLIENT MANAGER in various territories. The candidate should be comfortable working with a highly motivated team to drive sales and achieve company’s targets through both its existing network of clients and prospects. He/She will join Client client team to promote and sell the App’s products and services to reach fine wine investors and collectors.  


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

  • Manage his network and conduct demonstrations of the App to recruit new customers
  • Covert sales leads into members & clients
  • Produce daily targeted offers to send to the client list.
  • Ensure that an excellent customer service is provided
  • Work with the marketing team to create a valuable content calendar / writing and stories developments
  • Develop the networking activities [PR] and alliances to create business opportunities
  • Introduce Client to portfolio of private clients, prospects, push on referrals to convert
  • Identify private platforms / clubs / communities / luxury conciergeries to build a high-level network for long term business alliances.
  • Build & manage tailor-made fine wine portfolios for investors seeking asset class diversification for capital appreciation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in B2C in fine wine / spirits or luxury sector
  • Accuracy and attention to detail with a structured sales approach
  • WSET level 3 is or above is preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of the logistic process will be a plus 
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

Start date is immediately - The position is remote, open to candidates from different countries and reporting to HO.
