Our client is a Qatar based multi-national group founded in 1922 with its roots in the Fashion Retail industry. Today, the firm offers its own brand of luxury Abayas and Jalabiyas as well as other brands. The client is currently expanding its UAE footprint from the existing 4 stores and is looking to hire more than 20 staff across various positions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive production schedules for textile products.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, and production teams to ensure alignment with market trends and company goals.
- Monitor and manage supply chain logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Optimize resource allocation and ensure efficient use of production capacity.
- Maintain quality control standards throughout the production process.
- Analyze production data and market trends to inform strategic planning.
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in product planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product planning or production management in the textile industry.
- In-depth knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and supply chain logistics.
- Proven ability to manage complex production schedules and optimize resource allocation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production data and market trends.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
