Learning & Development Manager

My client is established in the Luxury Retail Industry, and they are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join their team in Dubai.

The Role:

• Create the Learning and Development strategies.
• Oversea the implementation & delivery of these processes
• Work closely with the executive team to understand internal training needs and create effective solutions.
• Take lead on training staff within the Luxury Retail divisions.
• Travel to Regions stores and regularly analyzing and implementing required changes.

Requirements:

• Degree educated professional.
• Strong experience in training and development of staff
• Experience within the Luxury Retail sector.
• Strong experience with designing, creating, and implementing training programmes.
• experience with conventional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc.)
